Fantastic straps, managed to get some French Doors onto my roof rack and these held them in place strong. Also once they arrived I was sent some free tie down straps (not for writing this review)

These straps are phenominal!! They are beautifully made, and so easy to use. Best straps I have ever used. I will never use another make ever again. I had reason to return one ratchet and their customer service is second to none. Quite simply the best I have ever received. They are long enough to secure the tallest pallet with utmost confidence. I cannot sing their praises enough. You will be so glad you bought these. Thank you BisonGear for your excellent product and inbeatable customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

I haven't actually used them for purpose yet but I have tested the straps out to check their effectiveness. They seem reasonably robust and the ratchet mechanism is smooth yet sturdy. I made the mistake of ordering 6 metre straps when 2 metres would have been sufficient, but you never know when you may have to strap a wardrobe to your roof rack :)

Great value and really good comms from a company keen on providing attentive customer support on a their product. Easy to use and as can be seen the single strap keeps a full jerry can in place with ease. making its transport much easier - no movement in any direction. I'll not comment of the breaking strain because I have no way of verifying it, but suffice to say, it was easy to get a really good 'lock' on the load with the ratchet to secure from any movement. Time will tell on how well they last and if needed whether the lifetime warranty lasts a lifetime, but so far very pleased with the product and the service. The only negative comment I could offer is that the product photo does show a bag, which was not included. That said it does not warrant a change in the overall rating, and still very happy, and would recommend.

It was the first time I've ever mounted/driven with a roof-bag on the car, so I was extra parano...let's say 'vigilant', about the whole endeavour, and so I was absolutely dead-set on some extra straps for security/peace of mind. After some extensive research (sleuthing through Reddit etc.), and following the reviews for the straps on Amazon, I decided to jump on the jolly hi-vis ratchet-strap wagon. I have to echo the sentiments of many others when I say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality once I received it (after having some sort of post-purchase/pre-delivery regrets, due to seeing some similar, but entirely rubbish versions on AliExpress). After familiarising myself with the whole concept of ratchet straps in general (I'm not sure if there were any instructions in with the straps, or if I just missed them), and doing a quick dry run, I felt absolutely safe and secure on my (300+ mile) journey with the family. In a "mild" case of risk-aversion, I decided to 3d print some excess strap holders/tidies, which did their job, as there is just SO much strap going on up in here (definitely a pro, not a con!), and after making sure there was a snug little twist on any potentially wind-hungry parts of the straps, I barely noticed any wind noise until we hit about 67mph! I'd like to thank you guys, for enabling me and the family a worry-free journey to our first festival together!

They are strong, good quality and sturdy for sure. I liked the rubber-coated hooks which have a closed enclosure on one side for safety, to keep the strap in its loop. On purpose, I bought green neon colour straps to be visible during the day and night and they didn't disappoint. Additionally included Softloops were really useful as the S hooks were too thick to be attached to the existing Slotted Angle's custom frame. Finally, the included bag helps to keep Ratchet Straps in one place, which is convenient and thoughtful. The only thing missing in the existing set is a quick visual manual/instructions on how to use them as I have used this system for the very first time in my life. So I ended up watching some YouTube videos on how to tighten and loosen them.

I needed to tie down a couple of good-sized solar panels (80" x 40", around 120 lbs total with fixtures) to the roof of my SUV, for a 650 mile trip. I wanted to hold the package together securely, and also to tie it down with virtually no bounce or slip. I chose these straps for the job, partly because they have a nice 20-foot length, but also because I noticed the seller's claims that these are high quality straps and latches. Since these straps are polyester, they are strong, and they have a small amount of give, but they are not as stretchy as nylon. This might seem a drawback in some ways, because contraction from stretch can take up some slack if the load loosens at all. On the other hand, if one checks a load during a journey, stretch can make a load seem tight after it has loosened. Either way, after several miles of travel, it is always good to tighten straps, because some loosening can normally be anticipated. In any event, these straps and their stitching seem very strong, well made for their load range, and they can be very tightly cranked down by hand (within the strap rating), without a hint of trouble. With the straps being good, the latch makes a difference. A ratcheting type is very handy, letting the straps be tightened at any time without first untying or loosening anything. These ratchets work smoothly and engage solidly. The handle gives good leverage for very firm tightening, yet these can be tightened as much or as little as one wishes without the ratchet or the strap slipping. It is good to have a lot of latitude in tightening, and these ratchets can roll up 12-13" of strap length without difficulty in engagement. Smooth working, tight or less so, strong, secure. Next, the hooks on the straps are strong, deep, and well curved, so that they do not easily fall off, bend, or fail under tension. With the strap well tightened, there is no visible indication of tension in the hooks. The protective coating on the hooks handles the stress well. I am pleased with these straps, and I am glad that I do not need to struggle with sticky ratchet movement, lack of leverage, short strap ratcheting range, structural weakness ( bending or breakage of parts), roughly stamped metal, slippage, difficult release, any of the several problems that I have found with tie-downs of lesser quality. The lifetime warranty and the sturdy carrying bag are nice to have as well. I am only a buyer and a user of this product, and I was looking for something that would work truly well at a minimal price. I realize that I might sound like a seller, simply because I really do like these tie-downs. I am all too familiar with using straps that kind of work, um, pretty well.

These straps appear to made from high quality material. The ratchets work smooth & are easy to operate compared to other straps I have used. They also come with a nice storage bag. I used the straps for extra support holding my canoe to the ceiling. The canoe is also attached to a kayak/canoe hoist, however I wanted extra support since we park under it & my daughter walks under it & these straps did the job nicely. The also got the canoe closer to the ceiling which is beneficial. I could probably have just used these straps & not even have installed the hoist! I can't wait to use these to hold the canoe to my vehicle next time I go to the river!
