The advert mentions straps on multiple occasions. The picture shows what appears to be two straps. It's not, it is one strap in two parts. The product itself is of good quality. The ratchet action works well as does the release mechanism. There are no instructions to tell you how to work it properly, but a quick google is all you need. It is as described 2.5cm wide by 5m. The advert says it will hold 800kg (oddly the label on it says 1600kg) I am not convinced about 800kg but I am not an expert and have no way of testing it. The bottom line is, it's good quality and if you are strapping motor bikes, fridge freezers or lighter things this will be fine. If your intention is to secure a boat like in the manufactures marketing photos I wouldn't want to drive behind you.

Poor quality materials in that the edges are sharp so you need to take extra care. As a first time user of ratchet straps it would have helped greatly so have had basic instructions, you shouldn't need to go to Google to find out how to use something. They do work when you eventually find out how to use them, but care is needed as the cuts on my fingers from the sharp edges taught me.
